EMILY MAIOCCO, Owner & Certified Professional Organizer
When it comes to organization, I love it all! I love when my clients get excited about the way their kitchens function or how they feel lighter once the paper piles are gone and they can now see their desks. I love creating systems that are intuitive for even the youngest members of the household. As a wife and mom of two young children I "get" busy households and I thrive on helping my clients find systems that work for them in their homes.
I am proud to be one of only a handful of Certified Professional Organizers® in the state of Connecticut and am committed to learning and growing as this industry continues to change. Prior to my organizing career, I enjoyed a rewarding career in the fashion industry managing brands on tight deadlines. In 2007 I left my cozy New York City apartment behind to come back to my roots in Connecticut. I soon found my passion in the organizing field and in 2009 Organized Interiors by Emily was born. As my business grew, we also outgrew our name and NEXT LEVEL organizing emerged.
I have worked with hundreds of clients as they conquer their own tight spaces, cluttered corners, room challenges, life changes, and new homes. I look forward to hearing from you and working together to make your home a place where things run smoothly so you have more time for the fun stuff in your life.

Growing up in Old Greenwich, Connecticut, Ingrid and her three older brothers were raised by an engineer and an artist, who kept their upbringing interesting with an abundance of art projects, DIY home renovations, encyclopedias at the dinner table, and plenty of joyful chaos. Ingrid brings motivation and enthusiasm to the team with her positive spirit and passion for serving others.
Ingrid graduated from St. Lawrence University with a major in psychology and a minor in art. ALI, Professional Organizer
Favorite Organizing Projects: Kitchens, pantries and Garages
A Fairfield County native, Ali spent 13 years working for Hedge Funds and Wealth Advisors where client relations and office management were her priority. While her background is in the fast paced finance world, her passion has always been organizing and DIY projects at home. In owning and managing multiple homes over the past 17 years, a "fixer upper" has always been an exciting part of the process. Most of her knowledge and life experience in home ownership and maintenance was passed down from her father who never missed an opportunity for a "teaching moment" around the house.
Now as a mother of two, she appreciates what an organized space can do for a busy family. She is thankful for growing up in an environment where everything had its place and a system. Ali is truly a jack of all trades and we are so lucky she supports our team in so many ways both on-site and off.

STACI, Professional Organizer
Favorite Organizing Projects: Offices, Kitchens, Basements and Attics
With over 20 years of experience as an award-winning producer in television and film, Staci built her career on staying calm under pressure, thinking on her feet, and finding creative solutions to complex problems. Working in production taught her how to see the big picture while managing a thousand moving pieces at once — and that skill set translates seamlessly into the art of organization.
Staci's background in visual storytelling gives her a strong aesthetic eye and a deep understanding of composition, flow, and function. As a professional organizer, she brings both strategy and style to every space she touches. She strives to create tidy spaces that make sense for real life and look beautiful, too.
As a mom, Staci understands firsthand the beautiful chaos of running a busy household. She knows how quickly clutter can build up and how transformative it feels to have thoughtful systems in place that make everyday life smoother. Her approach is empathetic, practical, and judgment-free — because she knows just how much everyone is balancing. Efficient and endlessly resourceful, Staci’s goal is always the same: to create order that supports your life, not complicates it.
When she is not organizing, you’ll likely find her behind a camera — she is an avid photographer — in her kitchen baking something delicious to share, or curled up with a good book. Whether bringing calm to a space, capturing life through her lens, or mastering the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe, she approaches it all as a form of storytelling - thoughtfully and creatively.
